  2. Upon entering the office, each provider will do the following:
    1. Wash their hands or use hand sanitizer.
    2. Take their temperature with an office thermometer or prior to leaving home.
    3. Use a paper towel and Protex Spray or Clorox wipes to clean door knobs on the front door, bathroom door, their office door, surfaces in their office, and handles and light switches in the bathroom.
    4. Each provider will perform the same procedure prior to leaving the office for the day.
  3. Each provider will monitor their health and if experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms will stay home and alert other providers in the office  of their symptoms, of a positive COVID-19 test, or of exposure to someone with COVID-19.
  4. Each provider will regularly check with their clients regarding any COVID-19 symptoms, or exposure to COVID-19, and will instruct their clients to stay home if they are having any symptoms. Should a client test positive for COVID-19 the provider will immediately alert the other providers in the office (without disclosing identifying information of the client), of the positive test.
